On Saturday, Spring Vegetable Fritatta for lunch then Aubergine & Chick Pea Tagine for dinner

Sunday lunchtime will be Grilled Mozerella, Tomato & Avocado Polenta slices

And a daily loaf of freshly baked bread and lemon drizzle cake
