Yoga Retreats
Our popular yoga retreats combine Hatha flow yoga classes with mindfulness meditation, wholesome food and a gentle narrowboat cruise along the North Oxford canal. Enjoy 3 yoga classes over the course of the weekend in a group that’s small enough for everyone to get personal advice and support. Being outside on a private lawn enables us to really strengthen our mind, body and breathe connection with nature and the world around us. And don’t worry if it rains, we have a mini-marquee to keep us dry.
- Friday 30th June to Sunday 2nd July

“There was just the right balance of yoga and meditation with free time to chill out on the boat or in the beautiful surrounding countryside, and the fresh home cooked food was delicious. Everything was really laid back and well organised so you didn’t have to worry about anything, you could just enjoy the experience.” Yoga retreat guest 2016
